COVID-19 shipping update

We keep working as usual in spite of the COVID-19. Our lead times listed below may increase by several days due to the quarantine season. But please no worries, your purchase is 100% guaranteed. Thanks for your understanding during this time!

International shipping

We ship worldwide! We cannot expedited international shipping or speed up the transit time/customs clearance process. We do not guarantee actual delivery dates. 

📍  For orders from the USA :

    • CUSTOM TAXES: free
    • LEAD TIME: orders ship within 3-6 business days of purchase
    • DELIVERY TIME: 3-5 business days with UPS SAVER 
    • SHIPPING RATES:

📍  For orders from EUROPE & REST of the world:

      • CUSTOM TAXES: the amount of taxes depends on your country's laws. The fee is about 30-60 USD. Due to big dimensions of the package you will pay customs and import taxes. CatsMode are not responsible for them.
      • LEAD TIME: orders ship within 3-6 business days of purchase.
      • DELIVERY TIME: 10-15 business days with UPS SAVER

Returns, exchanges & replacements

We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you.  But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it. 

LOSS OF PARCEL: If the package is lost, please contact UPS or your local post office first, then contact us at etwmystore@gmail.com.

✅ RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.  Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.

❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items. 

🔁 REPLACEMENTS:  If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you.  We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error. 

Refund in case of the force majeure circumstances

Please, notice, we refund for the product but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product in case if:

  • the customer wasn't available during the delivery process
  • the customer provided no more valid phone number and email address

If the item was utilized by mail with the same reason we're not responsible for the costs.

If the customer refuses the package without any reason the package will be utilized and we're not responsible for the costs.
